1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

Under European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to:

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments you have made to us, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notification.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

4. Return of Goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Important: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the value of the goods has diminished due to unnecessary handling.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at support@yourbunnytrade.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
  • In some cases, we may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the damage.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched:

  • Before dispatch: Contact us at support@yourbunnytrade.com. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
  • After dispatch: Please wait to receive the package and follow the returns procedure above.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods or withdrawal notification.
  • It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

8. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been unsealed or used (unless defective).
  • Products that were custom-made or personalized.
